CHARLES CLARK, Circuit Judge:
In this appeal from the denial of habeas corpus relief, we review the district court’s determination that Stone v. Powell, 428 U.S. 465, 96 S.Ct. 3037, 49 L.Ed.2d 1067 (1976), bars review of petitioner’s fourth amendment claim, that the state’s failure to disclose the identity of an informant did not violate petitioner’s fifth and fourteenth amendment rights, and that the state’s failure to disclose bargains it had made for the testimony of two witnesses did not violate those same rights.
