Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Saratoga County (Scarano, J.), rendered August 26, 2014, convicting defendant following a nonjury trial of the crimes of criminal sexual act in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, assault in the second degree, assault in the third degree and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.
