LAVORATO, Justice.

The former president and his mother left the employment of the plaintiff corporation. The son started a competing business. The plaintiff sued the son, the mother, and the competing business, alleging numerous claims for damages against them. Those claims include (1) breach of fiduciary duties as to the son, (2) intentional interference with contractual and business expectancies as to the son and the competing business, and (3) violation of the trade secrets act as to all three defendants.
