This matter is before the Court on two pending motions filed in this closed case that relate to a purported charging lien filed by pre-litigation counsel to Plaintiff, Attorney Jeffrey Fox (“Fox”). First, present counsel for Plaintiff filed a Motion to Allow Settlement Distribution and to Strike Charging Lien [D.E. 38], that is fully ripe for disposition.
