In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for injury to property, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Jaeger, J.), entered May 17, 2012, which granted the motion of the defendant Town of North Hempstead, and the separate motion of the defendant County of Nassau, pursuant to CFLR 3211 (a) (5) to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against them as time-barred.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with one bill of costs.
