This is an appeal from the decision of the First Assistant Commissioner of Patents reversing the decision of the Examiner of Interferences sustaining the petition of appellant to cancel the appellee’s trademark registration No. 834,967 of May 19, 1936, for the trade-mark Foebidden Love for perfumes and other cosmetics.

In its petition for cancellation, appellant alleged that it is the owner of trade-mark registration No. 220,922, issued to appellant on November 16,1926, for the notation Love Lane ; that appellant has used its said trade-mark Love Lane on perfumes in interstate commerce for…
