PUDLOWSKI, Judge.
The appellant, Director of Revenue, State of Missouri, appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Louis County. In granting the judgment, the court excluded the testimony and records presented by Sgt. Dan Gathright, records custodian of Troop C of the Missouri State Highway Patrol, and reinstated James Joseph Lazar-ri’s driving privileges. We reverse and remand.
