Plaintiff, special administrator for the estate of Christine Mikarovski, his deceased daughter, filed a wrongful death action in which he alleged that wrongful acts by defendant, Gary Wesson, were the cause of the fire which took Christine Mikarovski’s life. The trial court granted a directed verdict in favor of defendant, and plaintiff appeals.
