In an action to recover damages for breach of contract and on an account stated, the defendant appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Slobod, J.), dated March 6, 2015, which granted the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment on the complaint and denied his cross motion, in effect, for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and (2) a judgment of the same court dated March 11, 2015, which, upon the order dated March 6, 2015, is in favor of the plaintiff and against him in the principal sum of $55,909.69.
