William G. Vander Rcest died on the 24th day of April, 1912, leaving a last will and testament, which was executed on -the 11th day of September, 1906. At the time of the. execution of the will decedent had five sons and two-daughters living. At the time of the death of the testator all of said children were living, except the son Charles, who died on the 2d of April, 1912, leaving a widow, Susan E. Vander Roest, and a son, Howard, who is under fourteen years of age- and who is represented in this proceeding by a special guardian..
