This adversary proceeding came on for trial on the merits pursuant to the PreTrial Order entered in this case. Kenneth G.M. Mather appeared for the Plaintiff and Dan Little, Betty Outhier Williams and Stephen Oliver appeared for the Defendants, Lena Clancy, J.
