MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER APPROVING STIPULATION BETWEEN DEBTORS AND TRUSTEE

On January 6, 2004, this Court entered an order granting the bankruptcy trustee’s motion for approval of a settlement with the debtors. 1 Federal Financial Company appealed that decision and on appeal the district court reversed and remanded the case for further consideration, finding that this Court did not conduct a sufficiently independent examination of the trustee’s proposed settlement.
