OPINION
FLAHERTY, Justice.
The respondent, Oscar Gruss & Son, Inc. (Gruss), a New York based registered broker-dealer of securities, asks this Court to reverse a Superior Court judgment entered in favor of the petitioner-investor, Roger N. Carlsten, affirming an arbitration award. 1 The award was issued by an arbitration panel conducted under the auspices of the National Association of Securities Dealers Dispute Resolution, Inc.
