This case involves an unemployment benefit claim filed by Michael R. Overholt who was a truck driver hired by Donald Laupp to operate Laupp’s semi-tractor truck while it was leased to Robert Hansen Trucking, Inc. The circuit court affirmed the Labor and Industry Review Commission’s determination *511that Hansen Trucking was the employing unit responsible for Overholt’s benefits. We agree and affirm.
