Error to the Court of Civil Appeals for the Fourth District, in an appeal from Uvalde County. The Western Union Telegraph Company prosecutes error upon the affirmance, upon its appeal, of a judgment recovered against it by the bank.

WILLIAMS, Associate Justice.
The judgment brought in review by this writ of error was recovered by the bank against the telegraph company upon the facts which are stated in detail in the opinion of the Court of Civil Appeals. In substance they are that two impostors, calling themselves Fisher and Rief, conspired together to obtain money from the bank by means of forged telegrams sent over the defendant’s telegraph lines. Fisher had been around Uvalde for some days and had made the acquaintance of some of the employes of the bank, and claimed to have been buying cattle at Cline. On August 16,…
