MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

DORA L. IRIZARRY, District Judge:

Defendants Frank E. Perkins (“Perkins”), Brad A. Russell (“Russell”), and Kristofor Lange were charged with securities fraud, conspiracy to commit securities fraud, and conspiracy to commit wire fraud. (Indictment, Docket Entry No. 38.) A trial is scheduled to begin on January 13, 2014. The government intends to seek a forfeiture money judgment in the event that any of the Defendants are convicted,1 and requests that the Court, rather than the jury, determine the amount of the judgment.
