WOLSKI, Judge.

Petitioner Teresa Moberly has moved for review of Special Master John F. Edwards’s decision which denied her compensation under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-10-300aa-34 (‘Vaccine Act” or “Act”), and which directed that judgment be entered for respondent, the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services. The petition was filed by Mrs. Moberly on behalf of her daughter, Molly Moberly, and contended that a diphtheria-pertussis-tetanus (“DPT” or “DTP”) vaccination is the cause of Molly’s intractable seizure…
