TRIMBLE, District Judge.

The plaintiffs in this case are Mrs, Lula M. Bynum, her four sons and their wives. *782They were the owners and operators of a stave and heading mill at Dermott, Arkansas. The business had been established by Mr. W. B. Bynum, Sr., now deceased, many years ago. The active members of the partnership were W. H. Bynum, W. W. Bynum and W. B. Bynum, Jr., The defendants Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc., and Julius Kessler Distilling Company, Inc., are distillers of whiskey. The H.
