Plaintiffs-Appellants, Everett Hawkins and Linda Jane Hawkins, husband and wife, appeal from the grant of a summary judgment in favor of Defendants-Appellees, Marion County Board of Review (Board) and Jerome E. Forestal, Auditor of Marion County.
