GEORGE L. PROCTOR, Bankruptcy Judge.
This Court has considered plaintiff’s Motion for Rehearing of the Order entered herein on the 6th day of June, 1980, denying her request to proceed in forma pauper-is in an adversary proceeding to except debts from discharge. From the evidence presented, the Court grants plaintiff’s motion and on rehearing finds that the primary basis for the initial denial of plaintiff’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis was that the Judicial Conference of the United States had not chosen to waive the adversary filing fee for those unable to pay.
