Harold Dean Jones appeals from his conviction by a jury and his sentence in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on count two of a six count indictment charging receipt of firearms, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(h)(1), on count five, possession of up to eight firearms, in violation of 18 U.S.C. App. § 1202(a)(1), and on count six, possession of heroin with intent to distribute in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1).
