MEMORANDUM OPINION

HENRY H. KENNEDY, JR., District Judge.

T. Carlton Richardson’s license to practice law has been suspended as a result of disciplinary proceedings brought against him in Florida and in the District of Columbia. See In re Richardson, 692 A.2d 427 (D.C.1997).
