This bill is brought against the board of commissioners and the treasurer of Grant county, Indiana, for the recovery of money paid by the plaintiff to the county as the purchase price for certain bonds of the county, issued and sold to the plaintiff under orders of the hoard, for the purpose of raising money to bo used in the construction of free turnpike roads in the county theretofore ordered by the board to be constructed.
