This is an appeal by Appellant, defendant below, Donna Phillips (hereinafter “Appellant”), from her conviction in the Magistrate Court of Harrison County, affirmed on appeal in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, on one count of disorderly conduct, in violation of West Virginia Code § 61-6-lb(a) (1997); one count of assault on a police officer, in violation of West Virginia Code § 61-2-10b(d) (1997); and one count of obstructing a police officer, in violation of West Virginia Code § 61-5-17(a) (1997).
