This cause is before the Court on the Rule 12(b)(2) motions of Defendants Cilcorp, Inc. (Cilcorp) and Hunter Environmental Services, Inc. (HESI). Specifically, Defendant Cil-corp alleges that Plaintiffs Amended Complaint fails to adequately plead personal jurisdiction as to Cilcorp, or to allege facts which might demonstrate general or specific jurisdiction as to Cilcorp under Florida Statute section 48.193(2).
