This matter comes before the court pursuant to the defendant’s May 30, 2000, motion pursuant to Rule 60(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for relief from this court’s order of March 30, 2000, which became final on April 24, 2000, upon this court’s denial of the defendant’s motion to alter or amend judgment.
