This is an action by the. Receiver of First National Bank-Detroit v. William and Dean Lucking, Administrators, with will annexed, of the Estate of Alfred Lucking, and is for the collection of that portion of the assessment levied against the shareholders of First National Bank-Detroit applicable to 200 shares of the capital stock of Detroit Bankers Company owned by said estate.
