Hart, C. J.,

(after stating the facts.). The principal ground relied upon for a reversal of the judgment is that the defendant was not a nonresident of the State of Arkansas at the time the attachment was sued out. The question of residence is a mixed one of law and fact. If, as contended by the defendant, the undisputed evidence shows that he was a resident of the State of Arkansas at the time the attachment was sued out, the finding of the court on the attachment branch of the case must be reversed.
