NORRIS, Judge.

¶ 1 Plaintiff/Appellant Mendota Insurance Company appeals from the superior court’s ruling that Defendant/Appellee Eric Gallegos was entitled to underinsured motorist coverage under an insurance policy it issued to Eric’s brother, Martin. In ruling for Eric, the court found Eric was a “resident” of Martin’s “household” at the time he was involved in an automobile accident and, thus, was an insured under Martin’s policy.
