¶ 1. Tamara S. Heibler appeals from the circuit court order affirming the decision of the Department of Workforce Development, Equal Rights Division. The Department concluded that the City of Milwaukee had not unlawfully interfered with or restrained the exercise of Heibler's rights, under the Wisconsin Family and Medical Leave Act (WFMLA), by denying her request for a paid day off under the Sick Leave Incentive Program (SLIP) 2 provisions of the collective bargaining agreement governing her employment.
