McCLENDON, Chief Justice.

This suit is in form one to construe the joint and mutual will of Julius H. Brosig, Sr., and wife, Nellie C. Brosig. Mr. and Mrs. Brosig had eight children, four girls, Georgia (Mrs. Martin), Anna (Mrs. Justice), Hattie (Mrs. Goetz), and Lennie (Mrs. Hartmann), and four sons, E. H., Joe, Roy, and Julius H., Jr. The suit was brought by two of the daughters, Georgia and Anna, against their four brothers and two sisters, their mother, and the independent executors of the will.
