This suit was brought by Roy Munger and J. Fred Schoellkopf, executors and trustees .under the will of J. B. Wilson, deceased, and Mabel Wilson Richards, Fay Wilson Munger, Bess Wilson Schoellkopf, Lucile Wilson Pattullo, and Geraldine Wilson Knight, surviving children and only heirs at law of the testator — all .except Geraldine Wilson Knight, a widow, were joined by their respective husbands— against Le Roy Munger, Jr., Jack Munger, J.
