("NDHIA"), appeals from a Franklin County Court of Common Pleas judgment that resolved cross-motions for summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Motorists Mutual Insurance Company ("Motorists"). At issue in this case is whether Motorists had a duty to defend NDHIA, its insured, in a lawsuit filed in New York.
