State Highway Commission v. Olson

This is a condemnation proceeding. References to defendants are to the Olsons as they are the owners of the land and the only parties who appeared. They own eight quarter sections of land in a unit referred to as 1179 acres which they purchased in 1956. A description and the location of this land will be helpful. Three of these quarter sections lie In an east and west tier. Along the south side of these quarters is black topped U. S.
