This matter is before the Court on a Motion to Dismiss or, in the Alternative, for Summary Judgment 1 filed by Defendant United States Catholic Conference (“Catholic Conference”) and Defendant, Frank Chinh Nguyen (“Frank Chinh”). 2 Also be fore the Court are Plaintiffs’ Motion for Leave to Amend Complaint and Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification.
