Appellant Kenneth Ray Osburn appeals the denial and dismissal of his petition for writ of error coram nobis. Because the trial court did not abuse its discretion in denying relief, we affirm.
Osburn was initially convicted in the Ashley County Circuit Court of capital murder and kidnapping for the disappearance and death of a seventeen-year-old girl, but on appeal, this court reversed and remanded for a new trial because of evidentiary errors.
