Bode appeals from the motion court’s order overruling, after an eviden-tiary hearing, his Rule 29.151 motion for post-conviction relief, alleging ineffective assistance of counsel and seeking to set aside his convictions, after a bench trial, on Count I for assault of a law enforcement officer in the first degree, § 565.081.1;2 on Count II for armed criminal action (ACA), § 571.015; and on Count VI for resisting arrest, § 575.150.
