This is a Dist/Mun. Cts. R A D. A, Rule 8A expedited appeal by the plaintiff of the dismissal of her complaint for failure to make timely service of process in compliance with Mass. R Civ. E, Rule 4(j).
The plaintiff commenced this action to recover damages for injuries she sustained in a fall on property owned by the defendant at 93 Linden Street in Everett The complaint was filed on April 27,2001, less than three months before the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations.
