Ethel Byrne brought this suit against Richard Frank Byrne seeking a divorce, custody of two children, one of whom is a minor child under the age of eighteen years and the other an unmarried child born March 17, 1943, alleged to be mentally unsound and to require custodial care. It was further alleged that said child cannot adequately take care of or provide for himself and has no personal estate or income sufficient to provide for his reasonable and necessary care.
