This was a suit in equity brought by Helen M. Ilutchin-' son, executrix of Samuel Hutchinson, deceased, against John H. Boltz and Rebecca Boltz, his wife, and Josiah Gruber and Emily Y. Gruber, his wife, in the Circuit Court of Berkeley county, on the 3d day of October, 1879, for the purpose of setting aside two deeds of conveyance as being voluntary, and as having been executed with intent to hinder, delay, and defraud the creditors of said John H. Boltz, and to subject the real estate mentioned and described in said deeds of conveyance to the satisfaction of a judgment…
