OPINION

By MORGAN, J.

On October 29, 1937, a divorce was granted the plaintiff appellant from the defendant appellee, and the plaintiff was awarded custody of a minor child, a daughter then three and a half years old. The defendant was ordered by the decree to pay to the plaintiff “the sum of $25.00 per month for the maintenance of the said child * * * until said child is sixteen years old.” The child became sixteen years of age on January 14, 1940. The defendant paid to the plaintiff for the child’s support $25.00 per month until the year 1933 and $16.00 per month thereafter until the child…
