Plaintiff was employed by defendant from January 1 until March 23, 1914, as a doffer. The contract of employ ment was general; the duties of a doffer not being specified. There was testimony that in other cotton mills the doffers cleaned the spinning frames. Plaintiff admitted that he knew this, and that, as doffer in another mill, he had performed that duty.
