The National Bureau of Casualty Underwriters, hereafter called the Bureau, is a voluntary, non-profit, unincorporated association of stock insurance companies writing casualty insurance, which acts as an insurance rating organization under Vermont rating laws for different kinds of casualty insurance, including auto liability insurance.
