Plaintiff Affinion Benefits Group, LLC (“Affinion”) filed suit against Defendant Econ-O-Check Corp. (“EOC”) alleging that EOC intentionally and wrongfully induced a large number of Affinion’s clients to breach their contracts with Affinion, in violation of Tennessee common law and statute, Tenn.Code Ann. § 47-50-109, and engaged in unfair and deceptive conduct in violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), Tenn.Code Ann. § 47-18-109.
