This prosecution under the Controlled Substances Act (“CSA”), 21 U.S.C. § 801 et seq., involved a conspiracy to distribute Schedule III and Schedule IV controlled substances — primarily hydrocodone and al-prazolam — via the internet from 2005 to 2009. Defendants-Appellants Audrey Barbara Rovedo (“Rovedo”) and Vinesh Darji (“Darji”) are two of twelve individual defendants charged in this case.
