It appears that appellant filed her bill of complaint in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, in Equity, on October 5, 1965, making appellees parties respondent.

In this bill complainant alleges that on June 13, 1961, she gave birth to a female child; that when the child was one week old respondents conspired among themselves to deprive complainant of the custody of said child, and did take, or cause to be taken, said child and put it in charge of the Welfare Department of Birmingham, Alabama.
