Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Reilly Jr., J.), entered February 4, 2010 in Schenectady County, which granted defendants’ motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
In June 2007, plaintiffs vehicle was struck by a vehicle owned and driven by defendant Mahadeo Dinghoor. Nineteen days later, her vehicle was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by defendant Richard W. Kent and owned jointly with his wife, defendant Susan M. Kent.
