This is a petition in equity, praying for the specific performance of a contract, and also for the opening of a decree of foreclosure.
The contract sought to be enforced is alleged in the petition to be the following:—The petitioner held a second mortgage for $1,000 on property on which the savings bank held a first mortgage of $6,000—the amount of this mortgage debt being alleged to be, with interest, $6,908.83.
