On this date the Court considered the Motion to Determine Jurisdiction and Venue, filed by Tesoro Petroleum Corporation on November 1, 1991.
Introduction
This suit stems from an arbitration proceeding that took place in the Southern District of New York. The arbitration award was entered on September 6, 1991, also in the Southern District of New York.
