McCLANAHAN, Judge.

Lindsay Alan Bly was convicted in a bench trial of distributing an imitation controlled substance and distributing methamphetamine, both in violation of Code § 18.2-248. On appeal, Bly contends the trial court erred in denying his motion for a new trial on the grounds that the Commonwealth failed to disclose impeachment evidence concerning the confidential informant who testified against him, in violation of Brady v.
